Based in Palm Bay, Florida, we proudly serve Brevard and surrounding coastal communities with high-quality construction, project management, and homeowner support. Whether it's a custom build, renovation, or helping you navigate complex permitting or repairs, we show up with experience, care, and attention to detail that sets us apart.

Founded by Bill Shearer, a Florida-licensed contractor and veteran, LBJ Construction brings over 25 years of hands-on field experience to every job. His wife Jen manages client operations and ensures every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. Together with their son Liam (and their mini Schnoodle, Remi), LBJ Construction is truly a family effort.

We believe in showing up when others don’t, doing what we say we will, and making construction feel less overwhelming and more empowering — no matter the size of the job. Our goal is simple: to help good people build well, live better, and feel confident every step of the way.
